Terms of Service

By signing up to JobPath or using any feature of the service, you confirm you have read and agree to follow these Terms. If you don't agree with something — please don't use the service.

JobPath is an AI-powered job-search platform that includes the following tools:

• Real-time AI interview copilot (desktop client)
• Resume analysis with ATS scoring and recommendations
• 13,000+ interview-question bank for practice
• Mock interviews with feedback
• Auto-apply on HH.ru with role-tailored resume generation
• Application analytics and interview summaries

Most features require an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password and access tokens safe
• All actions taken from your account
• Keeping your contact info (email, phone) up to date for subscription and billing notifications

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break the laws of the Russian Federation or your country of residence
• Send spam or unsolicited advertising
• Attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure or other users' accounts
• Create fake accounts or multiple signups to bypass quotas
• Automate actions that bypass our official APIs and public endpoints

Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually). Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of payment, provided you have not consumed paid features beyond the free tier — AI copilot beyond the free quota, paid-tier auto-apply, etc. To request a refund, write to support@jobpath.world.

JobPath is provided "as is". We do our best, but we don't guarantee that using the service will result in an offer. The AI copilot is a hint tool — final decisions are made by the candidate. We are not liable for the content of applications sent via auto-apply when those were generated from incorrect source data.

We may update these Terms — we will notify you by email at least 14 days before substantial changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
