By signing up to JobPath or using any feature of the service, you confirm you have read and agree to follow these Terms. If you don't agree with something — please don't use the service.

JobPath services are provided, and payments are received, by the legal entity below. For any questions, claims, or refund requests, please use the contacts listed.

JobPath is an AI-powered job-search platform that includes the following tools:

• Real-time AI interview copilot (desktop client)
• Resume analysis with ATS scoring and recommendations
• 13,000+ interview-question bank for practice
• Mock interviews with feedback
• Auto-apply to vacancies with role-tailored resume generation
• Application analytics and interview summaries

Most features require an account. You are responsible for:

• Keeping your password and access tokens safe
• All actions taken from your account
• Keeping your contact info (email, phone) up to date for subscription and billing notifications

You agree not to use the service to:

• Break the laws of the Russian Federation or your country of residence
• Send spam or unsolicited advertising
• Attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure or other users' accounts
• Create fake accounts or multiple signups to bypass quotas
• Automate actions that bypass our official APIs and public endpoints

Auto-applications are sent on your instruction and through your personal hh.ru access token. JobPath acts solely as a technical tool; it is not a recruitment agency, staffing company, or employer, and all applications are sent on your behalf. You are responsible for complying with hh.ru's terms of use and bear responsibility for the consequences of automation in your account, including possible restrictions or a ban. You release JobPath from any claims related to the actions or policies of hh.ru.

JobPath is not a partner, representative, or affiliate of hh.ru, Remotive, or Himalayas. Third-party names and designations are used solely for informational purposes (nominative use) and do not imply endorsement or cooperation.

JobPath provides information-technology tools for job search and does not provide recruitment services; it does not guarantee that you will receive responses, invitations, offers, or employment.

Vacancies are generated automatically from open sources with attribution of the source. JobPath is not the author of vacancy texts and is not responsible for their accuracy, legality, or the actions of employers. Upon a justified request from a rights holder, the material is removed within 72 hours.

AI-generated resumes, cover letters, and interview answers are advisory in nature. You are required to review them before use and bear full responsibility for the content you submit.

JobPath's aggregate liability is limited to the amount actually paid by you over the preceding 12 months; for the free plan — to zero. The service is provided "as is".

The parties are not liable for non-performance due to force-majeure circumstances, including the actions or policies of hh.ru, the failure of third-party services (LLM providers, payment systems), blocks, and decisions of government authorities.

These relations are governed by the law of the UAE; the mandatory provisions of Federal Law No. 152 apply to users from the Russian Federation. Disputes are resolved through a pre-trial procedure within 30 days, and thereafter — in the court at JobPath's place of location.

Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually). Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of payment, provided you have not consumed paid features beyond the free tier — AI copilot beyond the free quota, paid-tier auto-apply, etc. To request a refund, write to support@jobpath.world.

JobPath is provided "as is". We do our best, but we don't guarantee that using the service will result in an offer. The AI copilot is a hint tool — final decisions are made by the candidate. We are not liable for the content of applications sent via auto-apply when those were generated from incorrect source data.

We may update these Terms — we will notify you by email at least 14 days before substantial changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
