By signing up to JobPath or using any feature of the service, you confirm you have read and agree to follow these Terms. If you don't agree with something — please don't use the service.

- Auto-apply on HH.ru with role-tailored resume generation
- Application analytics and interview summaries
Account
Most features require an account. You are responsible for:
- Keeping your password and access tokens safe
- All actions taken from your account
- Keeping your contact info (email, phone) up to date for subscription and billing notifications
Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Break the laws of the Russian Federation or your country of residence
- Send spam or unsolicited advertising
- Attempt unauthorized access to our infrastructure or other users' accounts
- Create fake accounts or multiple signups to bypass quotas
- Automate actions that bypass our official APIs and public endpoints
Billing and refunds
Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually). Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of payment, provided you have not consumed paid features beyond the free tier — AI copilot beyond the free quota, paid-tier auto-apply, etc. To request a refund, write to support@jobpath.world.
Limitation of liability
JobPath is provided "as is". We do our best, but we don't guarantee that using the service will result in an offer. The AI copilot is a hint tool — final decisions are made by the candidate. We are not liable for the content of applications sent via auto-apply when those were generated from incorrect source data.
Changes to terms
We may update these Terms — we will notify you by email at least 14 days before substantial changes take effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance.
