How is this different from a Word template?

A template gives you a frame but not the hard part — what to write inside it. The builder takes your account of the job and lays it out: it phrases achievements, separates results from duties, and cuts the filler. The layout is ours too, so margins don't drift when the file is opened on another machine.

What do I put in the experience field?

Plain text, the way you'd tell a friend: where you worked, what you did, what worked out. No need to write «performed coordination of» — the more human the description, the better the result, and the less you'll edit afterwards.

Will the resume make things up?

That's what the framing step controls. On «facts only» nothing enters the resume that you didn't write. «Balanced» sharpens wording without adding facts. «Make it count» expands achievements and may suggest adjacent skills — that mode always gets re-read before sending.

Can I build it in English?

Yes, the language is picked on the second step. Headings and body text are written in English — it's the same document, not a machine translation of the Russian one.

How do I get the PDF?

The editor has an export button: the file is rendered with the chosen template and downloaded. You can switch templates first and see how the page looks.

What are the form blocks exactly?

Job boards ask you to fill in an application form rather than attach a file. The builder produces ready text per field: target role, salary, about you, work history, key skills. Copy a block, paste it, move on — the progress is shown on screen.
