Public Offer

This document is a public offer within the meaning of Articles 435–437 of the Russian Civil Code and sets out the terms for JobPath services. Acceptance of the offer is payment for a plan or the start of using paid features.

JobPath services are provided, and payments are received, by the legal entity below.

The provider grants access to the service's paid features under the selected plan: the AI interview copilot, auto-apply, resume generation and analysis, mock interviews, and related tools. The list of features, their scope and pricing are shown on the pricing page (/pricing).

Paid plans are billed in advance (monthly or annually). Refunds are available within 7 calendar days of payment, provided you have not used the paid features. To request a refund, write to support@jobpath.world.

This offer remains in force until both parties have fully performed their obligations. You may cancel your subscription at any time in your profile settings; access to paid features continues until the end of the paid period.
