About the platform
JobPath is a technology platform for job search and career navigation: intelligent search, structuring and ranking of information, recommendations, and tools. We act in good faith and within the framework of the legislation of the Russian Federation, including Part IV of the Russian Civil Code (on intellectual rights) and Federal Law No. 152-FZ “On Personal Data”. JobPath is not an employer or a recruitment agency and does not guarantee employment.
Status of the service
With respect to information from open sources, JobPath acts as an information intermediary within the meaning of Article 1253.1 of the Russian Civil Code: it provides a technological environment for search and navigation and is not the author of materials posted by third parties. JobPath does not present itself as the primary source, does not pass off third-party materials as its own, and makes no claim of partnership, affiliation, or official status in relation to any third-party services. The names of third-party resources are used solely for informational (nominative) purposes.
Sources of information
JobPath works with information from open sources available on the Internet, including company and employer websites, public platforms and channels, and other publicly available resources. JobPath does not carry out unlawful access to information systems, does not circumvent technical protection measures, and does not use closed content obtained by unlawful means.
Database rights
JobPath respects the rights of database makers (Articles 1333–1336 of the Russian Civil Code): it does not pursue the goal of reproducing third-party databases, does not create “mirrors” of them, and does not pass itself off as the primary source of any particular resource. If a resource owner believes that the display format affects its rights as a database maker, it may submit a request — we will consider limiting the display, removing the source from results (opt-out), or an agreed format of cooperation.
Actions on the user's instruction
Certain functions are performed solely on the user's instruction and within the user's own account on a third-party service, using access provided by the user themselves. JobPath acts as a technical tool that carries out the user's instruction; the legal consequences of such actions arise for the user, who independently complies with the terms of use of the relevant third-party service.
Copyright and factual information
Many elements of vacancy information (job title, requirements, conditions, work format, etc.) are of a reference and factual nature and, by virtue of clause 5 of Article 1259 of the Russian Civil Code, are not objects of copyright. Where there is a substantiated indication that protected elements are affected in a particular case (original wording, substantial fragments of authored text), we review the request individually and, where grounds exist, adjust the display format.
Personal data
Information may contain contact details. Requests relating to personal data are reviewed as a priority; where grounds exist, the display of individual elements may be limited.
How to submit a request
So that a request can be reviewed quickly and on the merits, please include: the name or full name of the applicant; the applicant's status (rightsholder, authorised representative, or resource owner) and confirmation of authority; the exact links (URLs) to the JobPath pages to which the claim relates; a description of the materials and the legal grounds for the claim; the specific demand (remove, limit the display, or exclude from results); a contact for feedback; and a statement of good faith and the accuracy of the information provided.
Timeframes and contacts
Requests are reviewed within a reasonable time. You can submit a request to support@jobpath.world with the subject “Rightsholders” or via Telegram: @Jobpath_help.
